• Seat guests and manage table assignments based on size and availability.

• Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies at greeter and menus.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and assist coworkers as needed.
• Organize and operate reservation wait sheet and pagers.
• Learn servers and sections to rotate seating efficiently.
• Predict and quote wait times accurately to guests.
• Conduct restroom checks and ensure cleanliness.
