Job summary

Wet Willie's in Honolulu, HI is seeking a friendly, dependable busser to support dining room operations and assist servers during service. You will help set up tables, polish linens, glassware, and silverware, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

You will greet guests warmly, clear dishes, reset tables, stock service areas, remove trash, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining by setting up the section and polishing linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Greet all guests in a warm, personal, friendly manner.
• Assist service team by removing dishes from tables and taking to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clear and reset tables after guests finish dining for the next party.
• Stock service areas with supplies and linens during service.
• Remove trash from receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in every duty performed.
