Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn beverage service basics.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu and Japanese cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and sake through peer-led beverage training and provide excellent cocktail service while guests wait for their table
• Maintain awareness of dining room pace and coordinate with team during table turns
• Review, plan, and execute table placement and guest notes for reservations
• Build trust with guests and keep them updated while they wait for their table
