Job summary

Won't Stop Hospitality is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, manage seating, and help deliver a warm, organized dining experience. You will set the tone as guests enter, coordinate with servers, and maintain a smooth flow during busy periods.

Responsibilities include answering calls, managing reservations, maintaining a waitlist, bussing and resetting tables as needed, and providing a courteous farewell.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage seating.
• Maintain seating flow and rotation for smooth service.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maximize seating efficiency.
• Provide warm farewell and invite return visits.
• Maintain composure during peak hours.
