The role requires 3+ years in a similar setting with OpenTable and MICROS experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• OpenTable and MICROS experience required.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines and inquiries professionally.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, articulate and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests by name and manage seating with a hospitable approach.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and handle reservations and inquiries for club/restaurant operations.
• Create reservations and assist F&B managers on standards and service delivery.
• Maintain friendliness, accuracy and discretion in all interactions.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure top-tier guest service and manage expectations.
• Train reception team on processes and service standards where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
