Job summary

Soho House in New York seeks a professional Host to warmly welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and answer calls for club and F&B operations. You will coordinate with the reception team to ensure smooth service and support on busy nights.

The role requires a warm, friendly disposition, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train junior reception staff on Soho House standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with OpenTable and MICROS systems.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines and inquiries professionally and timely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member and guest by name where possible and host with a hospitable manner.
• Answer high-volume phone lines, handle inquiries about menus, hours, amenities, and reservations.
• Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B managers on service standards.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and discreet interactions with guests and staff.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure excellent service and manage expectations.
