Job summary

Soho House & Co. Malibu is seeking a friendly Host to welcome members, guests and staff, answer phone lines, and create reservations for club, F&B and restaurant operations. You will be the first point of contact and set the tone for the dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, OpenTable and MICROS experience, and strong communication and multi-tasking skills. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines professionally.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and staff; ensure they are welcomed warmly.
• Answer calls, provide menu hours and pricing information; take reservations.
• Create reservations for club/ restaurants and assist servers on service.
• Maintain accuracy, discretion and a hospitable tone in all interactions.
• Collaborate with reception to ensure smooth service and manage expectations.
