Job summary

Sentral in Alameda, CA is seeking an Experience Associate to greet guests, residents, and vendors, delivering warm, attentive service on-site. You will help manage access, coordinate welcome experiences, and support the Experience Manager.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, adaptability, and a love for hospitality. You’ll train on Sentral software, participate in meetings, and help maintain a welcoming, orderly environment across common spaces and lobbies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, guests and team members.
• Comfort with learning and using multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s value of excellence in customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel loved.
• Handle guest and resident information with privacy and accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with reservations and special requests.
• Learn and train others on community software such as Yardi and Stayntouch.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of new Experience team members.
