Job summary

Soho House is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will monitor activity, assist guests, and communicate feedback to management to enhance the Soho House experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Miami venue.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Strong communication and people skills with an eye for hospitality revenue opportunities.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed.
• Friendly, approachable with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members/guests in a hospitable manner.
