Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to support revenue opportunities.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Friendly, approachable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Maintain emotional control and professionalism.
