Soho House & Co in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Club Receptionist who creates a warm, polished first impression for members, guests and visitors. You will host with discretion, manage guest relations, and ensure a seamless front-of-house experience in a fast-paced private club setting.

You will know the House, its amenities, and local area to deliver a reassuring, home-away-from-home welcome from arrival through checkout, including event check-ins and member interactions.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years’ experience in busy high-profile venues.
• Fluent in English and able to provide first-class service.
• Reliable, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
• Strong discretion and professionalism.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and confidence.
• Be knowledgeable about menus, hours, amenities, pricing.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary reception area and desk.
• Assist with guest list duties and events check-in.
• Provide real-time guest support and resolve concerns.
• Log service preferences and notes for tailored experiences.
• Support other departments to ensure a smooth handover at day end.
