Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service focused role
• Strong communication and people skills; support the team to optimize revenue opportunities
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Detail-oriented, articulate, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Friendly, approachable with strong written and oral communication
• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs all members/guests with open arms and in a hospitable manner
• Build relationships and flag issues for management
• Address guest concerns and set action items with manager notification
