Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Guest Service Host to serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors in our gaming cafes.

You will be welcoming, customer-focused, and dedicated to guest satisfaction while supporting smooth operations at every shift. Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming and health regulations.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Reliable transportation required.
Able to use touch-sensitive POS system.
Able to bend, reach, lift and carry 15 pounds.
Active floor presence for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
Document guest activity and maintain records.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cafe, gaming areas, restrooms and common spaces.
Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips.
Identify and resolve machine issues or guest concerns.
Monitor IDs to prevent underage alcohol or gambling.
Communicate needs to management and regulatory inspectors.
