Job summary

PlaySpinWin Brands is seeking a Guest Service Host in Hometown, IL to provide exceptional guest service at our gaming cafes. You will greet guests, assist with gaming machines, promote marketing initiatives, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements include being 21+, reliable transportation, and comfort with a touch‑sensitive POS system. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Able to use a touch‑sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
• Must be able to maintain an active and engaged floor presence for periods exceeding 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of the service environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Be knowledgeable of VGT machines, games, and features, and resolve machine issues.
• Enthusiastically promote marketing initiatives to every guest.
• Accurately document guest activity and records.
• Maintain cleanliness of café, gaming areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and common areas.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, daily deposits, and tips.
• Proactively support liquor, gaming, health, and other regulatory inspections.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items as needed.
