Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with hotel teams to personalize each stay. You will handle folios, billing, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and a can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in hotel operations and customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong English skills and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, write, speak).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assisting with check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Thinking outside the box to own and solve guest stay issues.
• Exceeding guest expectations and recovering service opportunities.
• Coordinating with department leaders to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintaining records for guest accounts and knowing hotel services.
