Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service.
• Proficient in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Basic math skills and ability to handle billing accurately.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aiming to reach department and property goals.
• Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
• Assisting with guest check-in and check-out processes, as well as folios, invoicing and billing.
• Thinking creatively to own and resolve guest stay opportunities.
• Going above and beyond to recover service opportunities and exceed guest expectations.
• Communicating and partnering with all department leaders to ensure a personalized guest experience.
