Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations or front desk is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, aiming to meet department and property goals.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly, sincere demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Proactively address guest stay opportunities and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate with department leaders and associates to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services and local area.
