Job summary

Montage International in Utah is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with precision. You will handle folios, invoicing, and guest billing while delivering personalized service that aligns with our brand.

This role requires strong English communication, basic math, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential to create memorable stays at Montage properties.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations.
Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
Possess basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English well.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
Assisting with guest check-in and out process, as well as folios, invoicing and billing.
Thinking outside the box to own and solve guest stay areas of opportunity and exceed expectations.
Communicating and partnering with all department leaders to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Maintaining proper record keeping for guest accounts and knowing hotel services and local surroundings.
