Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and personalize service for memorable stays. You will handle folios, billing, and guest inquiries while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in hospitality, strong English, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. A positive, guest-centric attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years in customer service.
• Able to handle billing with basic math accuracy.
• Clear communication in English; written and spoken.
• Advanced skills with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assisting with check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Thinking creatively to address guest needs and opportunities.
• Exceeding guest expectations through attentive service.
• Collaborating with department leaders to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintaining accurate guest account records and knowledge of services.
