Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
• Experience using smartphones and/or tablet-based applications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and manages seating while monitoring overall room atmosphere.
• Quotes accurate wait times and manages waitlists or reservations.
• Answers incoming calls following standard etiquette; returns messages.
• Confirms reservations prior to peak service periods.
• Assists guests with reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintains seating logs and updates floor charts during shifts.
• Supports wait staff and bussers; ensures smooth front-of-house operations.
