Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
• Experience using smartphones and/or tablet-based applications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating and reservations.
• Provide information on services and facilities for guests.
• Monitor room atmosphere and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Answer phone calls and follow etiquette standards.
• Update floor charts and seating logs to reflect changes.
• Direct the flow of work for wait staff and bussers.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and perform light cleaning.
