Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc.'s WarHorse Gaming division in Omaha, NE, is hiring an Ale House Host for both part-time and full-time roles. You will welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate reservations to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. The position requires friendly service, ability to operate mobile devices, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
• Experience using smartphones and/or tablet-based applications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating while monitoring room atmosphere.
• Quote accurate wait times and manage waitlists or reservations.
• Answer incoming calls and follow phone etiquette.
• Keep seating logs and update floor charts during shifts.
• Support wait staff with takeout orders and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and provide assistance as needed.
