WarHorse Gaming is seeking a part-time and full-time Ale House Host to greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate reservations in Omaha, NE. The role supports smooth front-of-house operations and provides a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
• Experience using smartphones and/or tablet-based applications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and arrange seating while monitoring overall room atmosphere.
• Quotes accurate wait times and manages guest waitlists or reservations according to established procedures.
• Answers incoming phone calls following established phone etiquette standards.
• Maintains seating logs for the restaurant, including bar and lounge areas.
• Directs the flow of work for wait staff and bussers.
• Updates floor charts throughout each shift to reflect seating changes.
