Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Omaha, NE is seeking friendly, customer-focused hosts/hostesses to create outstanding first and last impressions for guests. You will seat guests promptly, manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.

You should be knowledgeable about the menu, provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean, welcoming area.

Qualifications

• Daytime availability Monday–Friday, 10:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about our food, beverages, and to-go process.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Manage the waitlist and assist with carry-out orders.
• Deliver food to tables as needed and answer menu questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus.
