• Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position.

• Meets Denny’s uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly, ensuring seating rotation.
• Take initial beverage orders and describe promotions.
• Assist other service staff to ensure smooth dining flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and in accordance with policy.
• Maintain clean, organized front-of-house and assist with To Go orders.
• Provide courteous service and engage with guests to address concerns.
