Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately in a friendly manner and seat them.
• Respond to guest concerns with courteous service and notify supervisor of issues.
• Take initial beverage orders and describe promotions to guests.
• Assist service staff with beverages, refills, and clearing/setting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the foyer and dining area.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle payments.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and provide to-go orders when applicable.
