Job summary

Denny's is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, seat them, and support service staff in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be responsible for initial beverage orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Ideal candidates will communicate clearly in English, work well in a team, and adhere to uniform standards while maintaining a clean foyer and assisting with side-work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and seat guests and handle cash and POS transactions.
• Must be able to pass any required training and maintain dress/uniform standards.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them at tables.
• Take beverage orders and assist with guest needs.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system.
• Maintain clean dining area and assist other staff.
• Address guest concerns courteously and escalate when needed.
