Keke's Breakfast Cafe is hiring a Front of House Support team member to warmly greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience. You will handle wait lists, provide accurate wait times, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area in a fast-paced setting.

Required are strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, plus the ability to stand for long periods and assist with basic food-safety practices.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices and ability to follow health regulations.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Record guest names and party sizes when seating is not immediately available; issue pagers.
• Provide guests with estimated wait times and keep them informed during waits.
• Escort guests to tables with menus and silverware; note server names for a personal touch.
• Keep front of house areas clean and organized; assist servers during peak times.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient seating and maximize table utilization.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to servers as needed.
