Keke's Breakfast Cafe seeks a Front of House Specialist to be the first friendly face guests meet, creating a warm, inviting dining experience from arrival. You will manage guest flow, seating logistics, and be the liaison between guests and servers to ensure smooth service.

You will greet guests, handle waitlists, provide accurate wait times, escort guests to their tables, and help maintain a tidy front of house while supporting the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.

• Ability to manage guest flow and seating logistics.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival to set a welcoming tone.
• Record names and party sizes when seating is not immediately available.
• Provide guests with estimated wait times and update as needed.
• Escort guests to tables with menus and ensure a smooth seating transition.
• Coordinate with servers to optimize seating and table turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and relay needs to servers.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organize dining areas between seatings.
