Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Record guest names, party sizes, and issue pagers when seating is unavailable.
• Provide estimated wait times and keep guests informed during waits.
• Seat guests, provide menus and silverware, and acknowledge server details.
• Assist servers with plate removal during peak periods and large parties.
• Keep front of house areas clean and organized; wipe tabletops and floors as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to servers.
