• Provide guests with estimated wait times and update them during the wait.
• Escort guests to tables with menus and silverware for a smooth seating experience.
• Communicate with servers about seating timing and guest needs to optimize table use.
• Maintain cleanliness in the host area and bus stations for a tidy appearance.
• Assist servers with plate removal during peak periods and high-volume service.
• Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return.
