Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Salt Lake City seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to handle registration and check-out, PBX operations, and mail and message services while delivering outstanding, personalized service. You will be a hotel advocate, develop guest relationships that encourage returns, and coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet for smooth operations.

A high school diploma or GED is required; front desk or customer-facing experience is preferred,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous Front Desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about local area, services and attractions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiar with hotel systems and inputting information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-out guests; handle PBX operations and mail/send messages.
• Provide outstanding, personalized service and act as hotel advocate.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff and Valet.
• Ensure proper handling of guest requests and special arrangements.
