Job summary

• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Registration and check-out duties with a guest-first approach.
• Answer phone and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain daily shift checklists and service standards.
• Assist with VIPs, special requests, and packages as needed.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and others to ensure guest satisfaction.
