Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Cleveland is seeking a Guest Service Agent to manage registration and check-out, PBX operations, and mail/ message services while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

You will act as an advocate for the hotel, create personally tailored experiences, and develop relationships that encourage guests to return. A high school diploma/GED is required, with prior front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Front Desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about local area, services, attractions, and events.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-out guests.
• Operate PBX and handle mail/messages.
• Advocate for the hotel and create personally tailored guest experiences.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Review arrivals and block rooms as needed.
• Answer calls promptly and accurately.
• Balance daily shift cash and payment cards.
