HHM Hotels is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, check them in, and coordinate requests throughout the stay. You will use the hotel PMS to register guests, arrange dining, transportation, and in-room dining as needed, ensuring a smooth arrival and a memorable welcome.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong customer-service skills, enjoy multitasking, and can work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required or equivalent training.
• Dynamic, engaging and passionate personality with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify customers' credit and establish payment method.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries by phone or in person.
• Transmit and receive messages using PMS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and assist with in-room dining when requested.
