Job summary

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and familiarity with PMS systems. The role may involve assisting in breakfast service and other duties as needed to support the front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training is required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs in a courteous manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms according to reservations.
• Process payments and verify credit details.
• Make and confirm reservations and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle guest requests promptly and resolve complaints with escalation when needed.
