Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Gallery Host to create a welcoming guest experience at Hyatt Place. You will support Front Desk, Breakfast, and Gallery operations while delivering friendly, efficient service throughout the guest stay.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, cleanliness, and knowledge of hotel services and local attractions, with opportunities to assist across departments and grow in a thriving hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude is essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Assist with Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out and guest requests.
• Prepare and maintain the breakfast area and presentation.
• Keep Gallery and public areas clean and inviting.
• Answer questions about local attractions and hotel services.
• Monitor supplies across Front Desk, Breakfast, and Gallery areas.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
