Job summary

Hyatt Place Sarasota, managed by Lodgco Hospitality, is seeking an energetic Front Desk/Gallery Host to deliver welcoming, professional service at the front desk in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a diverse benefits package.

The Gallery Host will assist guests with check-in/check-out, provide hotel information, answer calls, and ensure a clean, inviting experience while supporting guest requests and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information to guest inquiries and coordinate special services.
• Answer hotel phones courteously and efficiently.
• Prepare, stock and serve quality beverages and food products.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and assist with daily duties.
• Know emergency procedures and safety policies.
• May transport guests with hotel shuttle.
