Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality at Hyatt Place Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch is seeking a warm, energetic Gallery Host to welcome guests, manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism and care.

In the Gallery, you’ll seat guests for breakfast and dinner, assist in food preparation and service, and craft beverages that elevate the guest experience, while delivering friendly, efficient service in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and verify registration details.
• Manage reservations and front desk operations with professionalism.
• Seat guests for breakfast and dinner in the Gallery and assist in food preparation and service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and dining areas; multitask as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
