Job summary

Hyatt Place is seeking a Gallery Host to deliver exceptional guest service on-site. You will assist with check-in/out, verify guest details, handle requests, and contribute to a welcoming environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and weekend availability are essential. You will also operate the POS system and help with light food/beverage service as part of the guest experience.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
Must have ability to work weekends.
Requires strong command of the English language (speaking, reading and writing).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
Must possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Assist guests with check-in and check-out, verify registration and payment details.
Provide information to guests and coordinate requests for services.
Answer hotel phones courteously following Hyatt Place standards.
Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
Stock and maintain beverage and food service areas; ensure cleanliness.
Help guests with luggage and directions as needed.
