Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or Front Desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
• Assist with Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Prepare, set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area and presentation of food and beverages.
• Keep the breakfast area and public spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist guests with questions about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, services, and local attractions.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support additional hotel operations as assigned.
