Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Gallery Host to create a welcoming guest experience at the Hyatt Place. You will assist Front Desk operations, maintain breakfast setup, and keep public areas inviting.

The role requires friendly communication, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential for delivering consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or Front Desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and work effectively under pressure.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and creating a positive hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
• Assist with Front Desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Prepare, set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area and food and beverage presentation.
• Maintain the Gallery and public areas to Hyatt Place cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, dining, transportation, and other area recommendations.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and replenish supplies throughout the Front Desk, Breakfast, and Gallery areas.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and hotel operating standards.
