Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or Front Desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and replenish supplies throughout the Front Desk, Breakfast, and Gallery areas.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and hotel operating standards.

We are hiring a Gallery Host! As a Gallery Host, you are an essential part of creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience at Hyatt Place. This is a versatile, guest-facing position that supports the Front Desk, Breakfast, and Gallery while ensuring our guests receive friendly, efficient, and genuine hospitality throughout their stay.

The Gallery Host is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with Front Desk operations, preparing and maintaining the breakfast experience, and keeping the Gallery and public areas clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
