Job summary

Hyatt Place Reno is seeking a Gallery Host / Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support breakfast, gallery, and meeting spaces. You will assist across Front Desk, Gallery, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

The role combines hotel front desk duties with food/beverage service and basic food preparation, with a focus on flexible coverage according to occupancy and guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Identify members and explain benefits based on tier.
• Check-in/check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean and welcoming Front Desk and Gallery areas.
• Assist with breakfast, Gallery service, and meeting-room support.
