Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lanes, shoes, and equipment. You will ring sales at the counter, operate the POS and PA systems, and help with basic bowling instruction.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions and log issues
• Provide basic bowling instruction (essential skills only)
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system
