Montage International is seeking a Front Office Agent in Chicago to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure a memorable stay. You will handle guest inquiries, process folios and billing, and partner with hotel departments to tailor experiences for each guest.

Ideal candidates have hotel operations and customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office. A healthcare-friendly, customer-centric mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
• Basic math skills and ability to handle billing accurately
• Clear English communication (written and spoken)
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette to help achieve department and property goals
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly, sincere demeanor
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing and billing
• Identify opportunities to improve guest stays and recover service gaps
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure personalized guest experiences
• Maintain accurate guest account records and be knowledgeable about hotel services and local surroundings
