Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in the United States. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and help with league preparation while assisting with basic bowling instructions and operating the POS system.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, cash handling procedures, and reliable shift coverage during evenings and weekends at one location.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
