Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking an energetic Host to set the tone for guest experiences in a welcoming, fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, manage seating flow, and ensure smooth transitions between dining areas, with emphasis on hospitality and clear communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining a polished image, assisting servers when needed, and adapting seating plans to minimize wait times while demonstrating a passion for wine and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Read/write/understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest phone calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Follow checklists to set up the host area for a smooth shift.
• Maintain a professional image by adhering to appearance and behavior guidelines.
• Keep track of table flow and dining room pacing to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Adjust seating plans to avoid bottlenecks and wait times.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to keep service moving smoothly.
• Assist servers and service staff when needed to help the team shine.
