Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Host to greet Guests, manage reservations and seating, and escort Guests to their tables with warm hospitality. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

The Host will answer inquiries by phone, educate Guests on our Barrel Reserve wine, and support dining room operations to ensure a smooth service experience. 18+ and English literacy are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task and work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Greet all Guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Answer guest phone calls/inquiries with professional and informed skills.
• Engage with Guests about food, wine, and facilities; educate on Barrel Reserve wine and escort to table.
• Supervise dining room during service; adjust seating flow for great execution and traffic.
• Manage special seating requests based on table availability.
• Assist servers and service assistants as needed for efficiency.
• Complete necessary side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintain relationships with Managers and Team Members for exceptional guest experience.
• Follow checklists and SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, and closing.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior as per handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
