Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking friendly Hosts to set the tone for every guest's dining experience. From the initial greeting to the final farewell, you will help deliver Uncompromising Hospitality with warm welcomes, smooth table flow, and thoughtful conversations.

You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, assist teammates, and maintain a polished appearance in a fast-paced, upscale environment while helping guests feel personally cared for from entry to exit.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Team spirit and clear communication.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest phone calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Follow checklists to set up the host area for a smooth shift.
• Maintain a professional image by adhering to appearance and behavior guidelines.
